High Temperature Oxidizer (WK-Incinerator)
High Temperature Oxidizer (WK-Incinerator)
The WK High Temperature Oxidizer is an industrial incinerator engineered for the destruction of halogenated VOCs, fluorinated compounds, toxic organic compounds and other pollutants requiring elevated combustion temperatures. Operating at up to 1,000°C with application-engineered residence times, the system delivers high destruction efficiency for demanding compound classes. Waste gas incineration and waste liquid co-firing capability allows combustible waste streams to be routed as fuel inputs, reducing operating cost while achieving safe thermal destruction. The incinerator’s multiple fuel burner is designed to handle waste gas and waste liquid streams.

Multiple Fuel Burner Design

The burner system on the WK High Temperature Oxidizer is designed to accept multiple fuel types, which distinguishes it from standard industrial burners operating on natural gas or LPG alone. The multiple fuel capability allows the system to fire on natural gas, waste gas streams with combustion value, waste liquids or combinations of these simultaneously.
Where a facility generates combustible waste gas or liquid streams that require disposal, these can be routed to the incinerator as a fuel input alongside natural gas. The calorific content of the waste stream offsets natural gas consumption, reducing operating cost while the waste is safely destroyed. Waste liquid injection is integrated with the burner system, allowing combustible waste liquids to be co-fired alongside natural gas.
